24hr Live In Support
This is a 24 hour one to one service with a full time support worker. Better care group provides around the clock support to the young person or adult living at home or other placements. Staff are trained to offer quality support to all individuals to meet their needs and enhances their emotional, psychological, physical and social wellbeing. Staff ensure that the individuals are valued and respected at all times. Young people and adults are supported with their day to day routines, activities, independent life skills and access to the community.
